Few things come to mind when I think of spring. The long anticipated spring cleaning. Out with the old and in with the new. Deciding what to part ways with in order to make room for what is to come. (ex: clothes, friends, job, etc.) But one thing that stands out the most about this season are the colors. From pastel greens and blues to rosy pinks, there is a wide array of colors to experiment with, especially in the makeup department. No matter what complexion, every girl wants to feel beautiful and confident when trying new shades. Recently, I decided to try a pink lipstick that has become rather trendy. At first, I was skeptical. Women of darker complexion tend to stray away from colors that seem too bright, when in fact; those are the ones that make our skin pop the most! Turns out, trying something new wasn’t so bad at all. So, in closing, that haircut you’ve been eying in the magazine, the color you’ve contemplated on dying your hair or the dress you put back on the rack, go for it!
Don’t knock it, until you try it!
