I’m a bit of a tea connoisseur. I love drinking and trying different teas! Some of my favorites include lemon ginger and lavender. But with limited counter space, I wanted to find a better way to organize them. While scrolling through ideas on Google, I came across a DIY tea organizer that I couldn’t wait to re-create. It was easy and used just a few items from Dollar Tree. The hardest part was deciding what color to paint it. In the end, I was very pleased with the outcome and I hope you will be too!
Here’s What I Used:
- 3 Wooden Crates
- 2 Wood Planks, Similar Here
- 3 Heart- Shaped Chalk Signs
- Black Paint
- Foam Paint Brush
- Silver letters
Step One: Paint the wooden crates and planks with your desired color. Let dry completely.

Step Two: Using a hot glue gun, glue the wooden crates to one of the planks. Repeat step for opposite side. Safety pins can be used to hold these pieces together as they dry.
Step Three: Label the signs with the adhesive letters of your choice. Once complete, attach to wooden crates with cord or hot glue gun.

Step Four: Insert your tea! I added my tea to a plastic zip lock bag first, so that they wouldn’t fall through the slots.
Here’s the final look!
