It is true what they say about absence making the heart grow fonder! I have truly missed connecting with you all on this platform! So let’s not waste anymore time, we have some catching up to do!
First of all, I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving Holiday. There are so many reasons to give thanks everyday. Food, shelter, clean water, health! We are truly blessed!
Speaking of blessings, I wanted to take a moment to share one of mine with you, which actually happens to be one of the reasons I’ve been absent from my blog. I’ve been out of school for a while now and I’m happy to announce that I am back at it!
Yes, that’s right. Apparently I didn’t get enough torture from my undergrad experience and so desperately wanted to feel that feeling again as a graduate student! JK, JK. But seriously, all jokes aside, I’m fortunate to be continuing my education. It couldn’t come a better time in my opinion, having just turned the big 25 a few months back. You’ll be hearing all about it in the coming months to come!
But I will say, it’s been interesting balancing school with being a full-time working adult. My focus at this stage in like has been to work, keep a roof over my head and food in my belly. Now in between that I have to find time for school once again.
