Yesterday I attended an event of one of my good friends. She is the founder of C.O.R E Diva, a women’s empowerment organization. Now, women’s empowerment is not to get confused with man bashing!
As women we put on so many different hats, which was the theme of this event! We are mother’s, wives, sisters, friends, etc. We have to be everything for everyone! It can get exhausting! The mission of the organization is to start at the core of ourselves– because if we’re not right– mentally, physically, spiritually, we can’t help anyone else!
Can I get an Amen?!
We ate, played games, shared our stories and most of all just came together as women!
