I know I am NOT the only one that is sick and tired (literally) of this weather! The bitter cold, the layering of the clothes, the annoying white stuff that falls from the skies. I was born in the wrong climate! But when I saw this dress at Ross, it instantly made me think of Spring. A sign that better weather is ahead.
